Smoked products

Our fish is smoked traditionally using European alder and real flames. We smoke Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout and common Finnish fish species, as well as exotic foreign varieties. The following products can be found in our selection almost without exception:

* Smoked salmon (plain or flavoured Atlantic salmon)
* Smoked rainbow trout (whole, filleted or cut)
* Smoked salmon rolls and rosettes
* Smoked whitefish (Canadian or Finnish)
* Smoked Baltic herring
* Smoked flounder
* Smoked halibut
* Smoked mackerel (whole or in flavoured fillets)

Other smoked fish varieties, such as perch, eels, bream, Arctic char or sturgeon, can be obtained with three days’ advance notice. We can also smoke beautiful, large Atlantic salmon “alive” for special occasions, by advance order.

Flavouring options such as the following are available for all filleted smoked fish:

FLAVOURED FLAME-GRILLED SALMON

Traditional flame-grilled Atlantic salmon with various flavouring options, including a popular honey and chilli sauce, various pepper blends, beautiful rose pepper or crispy roast onion. We will flavour your salmon according to your specifications!

All products are gluten-free and lactose-free, unless otherwise indicated.

CHAR-GRILLED RAINBOW TROUT FILLET

Beautifully char-grilled natural or flavoured rainbow trout. Flavour alternatives include a popular honey and chilli sauce, various pepper blends, beautiful rose pepper and crispy roast onion. We will flavour your trout according to your specifications!

The rainbow trout is farmed in Finland. Whenever possible, we use local fish to guarantee freshness and minimise the logistical chain.

Gluten-free, lactose-free.

Flavouring options include: * Honey and chilli sauce

* Rose pepper or pepper blend (black pepper, green pepper, paprika, mustard seed)
* Soft Valio blue cheese
* Roast onion
* Garlic

In addition to larger batches, rainbow trout is available in small boxes of approximately 3.5 kg.
